I accept BCBS of Kansas and Kansas City, and private pay only. I am in-network with select BCBS plans, but not all plans. Contact me to discuss next steps if you are a current BCBS insurance holder.

Individual Counseling 

Individual counseling focused on helping people build insight into their behaviors, take greater ownership of their choices, manage negative thoughts, and make practical changes in their lives. I work primarily with men and men’s issues, while also offering select mental health assessments based on need and availability.

Virtual sessions: $125 for 45-minute counseling sessions
